Our superpower: a community of student and post-grad interns
Internships provide Computer Science students the opportunity to work hands-on with our start-up, understanding who we are and what we are here to do. They learn from us and we learn from them - a generation of students looking to move beyond the paradigms of the past and shape a new world.
Our current internship programme is focused on 'Product Builders' - a ten week part-time placement designed primarily for Computer Science students. The course up-skills interns on the process of designing and taking a software product to market, using insite as the example. This provides interns with real-world experience that they can apply to their own projects, while providing invaluable data and insights for our product and marketing teams.
On completion of the programme, selected interns are recruited into ongoing positions, working with us across all aspects of the business - marketing, onboarding, product design and user testing.
Student input has been profound across every aspect of what we do. Our future as a business belongs to them.
