Our superpower is student and post-grad interns
Internships provide students with the opportunity to work hands-on in our start-up, understanding who we are and what we are here to do. They learn from us and we learn from them – a growing community looking to move beyond the paradigms of the past and shape a new future.
Our current internship programme is focused on 'Product Builders' – a ten week part-time placement designed primarily for Computer Science students. The course up-skills interns on the process of designing and taking a software product to market, using insite as the example. This provides real-world experience that they can apply to their own projects, while providing invaluable feedback and ideas for our product and marketing teams.
On completion of the programme, selected interns are recruited into ongoing positions, working with us across all aspects of the business – marketing, community management, product design, quality assurance and user testing.
Students have a profound influence across every aspect of what we do. Our future as a business belongs to them.
